The "name" attribute for the "colors" group checkboxes is missing. Select from both groups and submit the form. Verify that in results page, only selected cars will be displayed.
Group 1: Check the colors you like: Red Green Blue Yellow
Group 2: Check the Cars you like: BMW Ford Honda Mercedes
